100 Nights Trial Policy is applicable only to the relevant mattresses which published through our website.
Our 100 Night Trial Policy, for falconbed® mattresses which can use our mattresses for a period of 100 nights and return If a customer is not satisfied with the mattress within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We allow our customers to use our mattresses for 100 nights after the date of delivery to assure themselves of whether or not they have made the right decision.
The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to M/s falcon Signature. and the terms “You” /”Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users.
Exceptions to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial
- falconbed® mattress to be returned must be in good condition. Mattresses with any damage, which upon examination if found to be deliberate or unnatural, will not be entertained.
- There should be no sign of stains, dirt or damage on the mattress to be returned.
- If it is found that the mattress was used on a rough surface, which is likely to cause damage to its appearance, the request to initiate the return process will not be accepted.
- We will not entertain return request if the mattress is found to have been exposed to an unconducive environment such as extremely cold or hot temperatures.
- The offer is not applicable to those customers who want to return the mattress on the basis of incorrect size. We recommend that customers check the size before placing the order.
Terms and Conditions
- 100 Nights Trial is applicable only to mattresses which comes under 100 nights trial and not to other life style products such as pillows, comforter, protector etc.
- 100 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery.
- 100 Nights trial Policy is not applicable on orders they have been placed via other websites.
- 100 Night Trial policy only applies to the mattresses of standard sizes, custom-made mattresses are not covered in this policy
- It is not necessary that you return the mattress towards the end of the trial period, you can return it any time before 100 nights.
- Please Note: The customer cannot request for the return prior to 30 days of usage. However, research shows that one must use the mattress for 45 days as a body takes a minimum of 45 days to adjust to a new mattress.
- Return and Refund on 100 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under as If any of the points mentioned in the ‘exception to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial”.
- 100 nights is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 100 Nights trial will still be calculated from the Day the first mattress got delivered.
- Our 100 Night Trial offer is only applicable to the original purchaser of genuineM/s falcon Signature/ falconbed® mattresses who have purchased only from falconbed.com website or by authorised distributor.
- The original invoice with the company’s seal and signature must be presented for all warranty and return requests.
- It is advised that you keep the original purchase invoice with the company’s /authorised distributer’s seal and signature must be presented as proof. You will be asked to submit it to claim the refund. No claims will be otherwise accepted for all warranty and return requests.
- While opting for a return, you will be asked to provide photographs of the mattress in different angles. In case you fail to provide the same, we may cancel your return request.
- Don’t remove the brand label stitched on the mattresses.
- While opting for a return due to a damaged product/packaging at the time of delivery, you will be asked to provide photographs proof of the packaging and the mattress from your end. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
- The mattress to be returned will be accepted up only after proper inspection of the photographs provided by you and the physical examination conducted in our factory of the same.
- The company will pay for the return shipping cost, provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the differential shipping charge.
- Once approved, your refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the mattress has been reached in our company.
- The company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 100-night trial program at any time.
- The final decision on refund under 100 Nights Trial offer will be made byM/s falcon Signature, The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer.
- Returns for Website purchases such as Amazon and other authorised distributor must be made directly via our website, through email on info@falconbed.com.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress.
- We will be sending you the documents for the reverse pick up your original mattress will be scheduled for the pick up within 7-10 working days of receiving the ‘return’ or ‘refund’ request. The collections can take up to 5-7 business days.
- All disputes will be subject to Calicut, Kerala jurisdiction.
