PRICE
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer. If there any other applicable taxes will be communicated to you before you place an order
FEES AND PAYMENTS
We use third-party payment processors accept payments through various electronic mode as detailed on the applicable payment screen. Payment for M/s falcon signature products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.
REPLACEMENTS
Replacement requests due to incorrect Mattress Size Order will carry a return shipment cost of INR1500 across India which will be borne by the customer. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery for all falcon bed® products across India is free. There is no hidden cost at checkout.
That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by M/s falcon signature for re delivery shall be claimed from you.
Before placing an order you have to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
RETURNS PROCESS
If you wish to return any of the products that have a valid return policy in the first 100 days(if applicable) after your receipt of that particular product, (Refer 100 night’s trial policy)
Please write to info@falconbed.com or call +91 9526662000 with your order details to register your return request Returns are applicable only to falcon® mattresses. To accept a return, please follow the returns procedure mentioned under Return Policy.
The return request can be placed at any time within 100 days of purchase. For all other warranty related claims, please see the warranty policy.

falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time- to- time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the Company. falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.

Falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature discount codes are only available on full purchases, paid up. Falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature discount codes are not available on orders that use EMI option. Falconbed®/ M/s falcon signature cannot take responsibility for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including an expiry date/time) which will be shared at the point of publication. All discount codes are subject to availability and only one code can be used per order.
USER DISPUTES.
We are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party you interact with using the Site. You assume all risk associated with dealing with third parties. You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours may vary but the quality of the fabric should same as we displayed.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
We will not be liable or take responsible for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any other obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
JURISDICTION & APPLICABLE LAW
All sales, interactions, terms & conditions, shall be governed and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Specific disputes with the company shall be subject to the courts and authorities located in Calicut, Kerala, India is the exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of this Website and agree that all information provided to us by you is accurate. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company and our partners, employees, and affiliates, harmless from, any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to or arising from your violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to eliminated so that this Agreement will otherwise remain binding in full force and effect.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
